Cristiano Astore has vision; he is an ambitious bureaucrat in the heart of the Copernican merchant league. As an administrator, purveyor of information and propagandist for the merchant league, Cristiano is an ambitious type who sees opportunity in every quarter and the way Copernica ‘should’ be governed. Namely, that is with Cristiano ruling as Lord Steward over Copernica.
In his youth, the ideals and moral viewpoint Cristiano held were set in stone from his birth right through into the mercantile bureaucracy. This on more than one occasion got him into strife with lecturers. This included opposing FoN?, a filthy disseminator of democratic ideals. I presented my thesis for how a Lord Stewardship could more effectively govern Copernica, what I received in return was a barrage of titanic insults and criticisms which left me as one agitated graduate.
Most of his graduate years were spent in the commentariat where he worked hard to subversively disseminate his views. This worked to good effect for some time but soon Cristiano found that he needed to extend his influence in the higher echelons of the Merchant Leagues bureaucratic and political structures. Soon enough, he found that he was arranging the payment of commissions into the army, running political recruitment drives and working to increase bureaucratic red tape as to effect a willing change into a new political structure. Many steps taken, now it appears that the stage is set for Cristiano to enact the next stage of his plan to take those faithful steps into his rightful lord stewardship.
Note: Cristiano’s vision is a merchant league style system where he as lord steward engineers and approves the laws of the land. This will be done with the aid of loyal bureaucrats in his employ.
