Just so you know that I didn't delete your comments out of hand here they are again!
Back to Giffydoll's Reflection.
- Whee! First comment! I must say, getting this working has certainly been very educational! :) --John M.
- Second p0st! :) all fun and games --Robin
- Everyone, Post! -Erik
- Hello Giffster :O --Warder Drg'n
- Awesome picture on the front page Giffy. ;) --John M.
- I have nothing to say! :D --Dark_Sol
- I have added your page to my links in my blog! Hey everyone!
My blog is here: * http://www.stonesoup.co.nz/talula * --Jenni
- Hello Giffy! Great picture, nice title! hugs Tina
- Hi everyone, my name's Matt, I studied with Giffy this year. I'm not going anywhere over Christmas and New Year's so I thought it might be refreshing if I provided an alternative perspective by ranting inanely about my own escapades over the upcoming weeks. 28 December, 2003. Running low on food and morale. Am sure Johnson has been eating extra rations. It is only a matter of time before he is caught- the code of the sea will take care of him then. Matt K
- Hello Petal! You're going to Thailand!!! That's so exciting! Now you need to come visit me in Japan!! Tia P.S. Loved the card - cheers
- Hey Giffy. Spunky photo. Hope your holiday goes good. From yet another Matthew type person wot Giffy knows. --Matthew (http://homepages.ihug.co.nz/~squash/)
- Gods! So this is what it's like to use Wiki? Weeeeirrd. Does this mean it's possible for someone to delete all the comments? (I hope not). I'm sure Robin would have suggested it, but if you want an actual Livejournal, an activation code can be arranged. Anyway, hello, nice photo, and good luck on your trip : Jarrod
- Yes, your site is acceptable so far, although it could probably do with more mentions of me. - Patrick.
- Re: the clothes problem. You could combine the giant/sock dilemma and just hop everywhere in a giant sock. Failing that, your sleeping bag. And I'll stop being ever so amusing for a minute to sincerely say "BYE BYE GIFFY, HAVE NICE TRIP!" - Matt K
- Comment as demanded yesterday. Now you have evidence that I was here and looked at your site. I don't really understand the big excitement about seeing the stars, but it was pretty exciting being in the crowd anyway. Maybe it's just that I'd already met the stars I was interested in seeing (me, gloat about LotR, would I do a thing like that?). - Jonathan
- Jenni here.. I got all confused, because you add your latest entries on the homepage going down, with the newest at the bottom, and I'm used to stonesoup blogs where the latest entry is at the top!
- anyhoo, I got my most referrals last week from here, so thanks for the traffic!
- Jenni again, I was hoping I didn't have to do two comments in a row, but there you have it. Happy being in Thailand! I got your texts, but have no money to respond :)
- Hope you're having fun, and nothing got stolen and the cards and gifts have made it to the right people...
- Hey Rachael, don't get too stressed now, its not worth it :) I'm sure you'll be alright and you'll find that things aren't as bad over there as everyone says it is. Just be sensible (ie don't walk down dark alleys) and you'll be fine. The Rimutaka Forest would be nice to camp in (but as I'm sure you've found, Thailand is nicer), Tailby took me for a walk there the other day.
- I'll try and comment to your posts when I can, but I'm on the road for the next month or so. I'm not being a snob or anything. I'll text you when I see you've posted your new number. By the way - the guys name is Dominic Monaghan (not sure how to spell his last name). This essay brought to you by Jarrod.
Svend is playing with the text formating rules...
I'm glad that Erik has Rachael with him for his first big overseas trip. :) I'm sure that they'll be fine, and have a great time, and bring me back many, many cool things. >;) My one complaint is that we didn't find out if Erik actually managed to find some sandals - for if Rachael is a giant, surely Erik's feet loom like colossi? (colossuses? colossososoes?) Or at least the feet thereof?
They sent me a text message. From *Thailand*. I don't think I've ever had a text message from that far away before. Pretty exciting. ;)
I too have been wondering the very same thing- did you manage to find some sandals?
- Hey, evidence that I have logged on and looked at your page. Sounds like you're having fun. Say hi to Eric. Will finish film today (mum is being Santa for a thing at work!) then will get Erene's pics developed. Have fun. Anna!
- I can't believe you don't know my address! Ah well, I guess you have other things on your mins right now....sigh...I will email you. Jenni
- (on Peta's behalf) Send us postcards! --John M.
- Ewwww! Sqaut loos! OK, I'm sure I've spelt that wrong. Anyhoo, I have emailed Svend lots of WSotB quotes and he says he's going to work on the site while he has time off next week. Yay! Jenni
Dear Erik and Rachael I miss you, it's just not the same without you. I looked at the pictures. You were riding on an elephant. Will you tell me all about it when you get home. I got new red shoes. Love from Louise
Dear Rachael. Graduation was yesteraay, so well done even if you couldn't be there in body. I wasn't there in spirit. We had some laughs, we had a party, but you got to ride on an elephant. Wishing you and Erik a happy christmas and a merry new year.
Matt K
- Me again. Got pics developed from Erene's wedding. There are a couple of good ones. Had fun at graduation, took a day to recover though. Good luck in fitting everything in. Five weeks isn't that long when you're travelling! Anna
- Cool photos, thanks for that Brian. Hope you two are having lots of fun with the local wildlife as it appears you are in the Elephant photo. I don't think any t-shirt you buy can be as cool as mine that I bought from Hallensteins (I'll show you it sometime). As promised I texted you when I saw your new number, and I passed it on to Ben and Ali as well so they have no excuses. My excuse for not texting more is that I take forever to type messages and I have very little money on my phone. Take care guys, and if I don't get a chance to comment before Thursday have a merry Christmas :)
- Jarrod
- Sorry for the downtime, the two of us who could do anything about it were both away for Donnelle's wedding, however we are back now, and hopefully thing will work better from now on. In other news, my North Island trip is over (largely) successfully. ---Robin
- Happy Christmas and Merry new year everyone! Esp Giffy and Erik! Our holiday was cool, and now we are back from it. So much Beanie! and it was Lee's birthday yesterday, he got a guitar from his parents. Love Jenni
- Pleased to see things up and running again - Thank you. Looking forward to seeing some more news from the travellers. JOY
- Wow! Painting Elephants, cute Panda's and awesome BBQs. Sounds like you've been having a wicked time. I find it very funny that people are surprised that you've grown when they haven't seen you since you were 7 I also find it hilarious that they are calling you fat. I'm not surprised that all the children are fascinated by Erik either (its his hair you know ;) not because he's a calafu - or whatever the heck that word is). Keep having fun, and I want an invite to that BBQ when you guys get back :)
- Jarrod (now in Wellington)
- We have enjoyed reading the stories of your trip, it's been great! Thanks for taking the time to keep us up-to-date
- Woot! You guys are nearly home!
Public Service announcement: Kapcon is this weekend, I am going to be there and would like it if people I know were also there. This means you Jarrod, Erik and Giffy! Plus, everyone else reading this who roleplays :)
Jenni
