Clements activities

Summer 1220

Clement arrives in Bugarach. Soon after he goes on an expedition to recover a lost relic belonging to the Dominicans, when the brigands are caught he performs confession for several guilty men who are executed by Sir Bertrand and pleads for the lives of those not complicit with the crime. During the journey he meets a scholar from on the hill. He also travels to Montferrand on behalf of the scholars, and reveals the location of two silver mines to the Lords aid.

Autumn 1220

Clement teaches Latin to people in the care of the scholars up the hill. He is taken on a strange journey inside some rocks with Setorius and Titus and is responsible for the burial of several cathars after some supernatual happenings up the hill.

Winter 1220

Clement attends Christmas celebrations at Montferrand, and is hired to teach the Lords sons in spring. He witnesses the Mountain King, and tells a great tale at the Christmas party following the departure of the freed minstrel, helping to secure a source of stone for the construction of a new church in Bugarach. He also travels to the besieged town of Castlenaudary with some of the scholars to free some trapped craftspeople.

Spring 1221

Clement spends spring in the employ of Lord Bernard de Montferrand, training his two young boys in Latin.

Summer 1221

He travels to Pamiers, where he reads a book about miracles in the local area. He becomes involved in some intrigue surrounding the death of a mysterious man and the acquisition of a heretical text by the abbey that probably belonged to him.

Autumn 1221

Clement travels to Toulouse, when he returns he reads one of the books recovered from Pamiers on the lores of magic.

Winter 1221

Clement teaches classes on Artes Liberales at Montferrand and fails to win the story telling competition.

Spring 1222

Clement searches for ruins with scholar Julius and teaches Latin.

Summer 1222

Clement translates Building a Cathedral.

Autumn 1222

Clement does some "field-work" collecting local histories.

Winter 1222

Clement teaches classes on Artes Liberales at Montferrand and fails to win the story telling competition again.
