PotIS: Kordeth

Kordeth is a purple tinged aquan elf. He comes from a remote reef that is dying from the increased acidity of an underwater vent. The decrease in food caused the hunter gatherer society to become more hunter, not so much gatherer, and Kordeth to leave in search of bluer oceans. All Kordeth's clothing and equipment seems to be cobbled together, some is even engraved with the previous owners monograms. He thanks the moon goddess for most things, because he believes the tide brings life and death to all, but espescially death when Kordeth's ship comes in on the tide. Kordeth is unusually reticent about his shipwrecking history.

He always wears his bandoliers over a chain shirt. He normally wears pants too, but never shoes. He has recently gained a cloak - one doesn't ask where from.

If one wasn't so wary of enraging Kordeth, one would find his distrust of fire amusing. Kordeth is a carpenter from a region where the only wood comes from shipwrecks, so wood is precious and Kordeth thinks trees are about the best thing invented. What he lacks in social niceties he makes up for in brutally efficient violence. He is illiterate but thinks paper is useful, for, uh, well just useful, so he often grabs it just in case he needs it later.

Kordeth has had some bad luck with sudden violent and unexpected death recently, not the inflicting of it of course, but he was recently murdered by a particularly savage wooden box. He's currently a tad indebted to an evil god for his very existence.

What Kordeth thinks about the others Onboard ship..........

Therain: This twitchy magical fellow has recently redeemed his manhood in Kordeth's eyes by assisting in a battle against guardsmen. He made Kordeth into a hag and and helped him fly. Megan: Seems to be a jolly good lass. Quite sensible about the water. Ravenmane: This short one also has something to do with magic. Overly fond of grease. Roglanar the Pirate King: Enjoys dressing up as a woman to attract weretigers. Kordeth is rather wary of becoming the but of Roglanar's wrath because a battle of words (or wits) quite defeats the Barbarian. Serlo: Wrapped in metal but doesn't sink. Unnatural fellow.
