Valicus Hunter
Although quite young, his long light silver hair falsely portray him as an older man. The same incident that gave him this hair color left a long horrible scar down his right forearm. Most, however, never realize these scars underneath his heavy robes which arms cover to his wrists. The incident with a hostile spirit claimed his fathers life and nearly his own. Many in Skarae Brae know of what happened but are rather taboo to bringing it up. Valicus wears a signet ring and headband of his family's symbol and colors (A closed fist in the color of Black and Purple). Valicus, with the approval of the Speakers, has set forth from the island to learn more of the land's history. Valicus hopes to free spirits of their undeath shackles and pursue his goals of becoming a shaman of Skarae Brae.
Valicus has a strong sense of commitment and pride in his family, and of Skarae Brae in general. Although rather curt at times, he is also known to be diplomatic and command a presence with others. With the accident that befell his father, Valicus has an all too vivid memory of how cutting corners and not following rituals with preciseness can lead to unfortunate accidents. But as his father before him, Valicus is not opposed to experimentation and trying new ways with the ancestors. Valicus has a very logical look out on life and very rarely submits to raw emotion to guide him.
