Race: Human
A man of immense stature, all of it horizontal. As a decker of no small skill Julian long ago gave up on the need to use body as anything other than something to keep his brain in. He never leaves the chair that moves him from place to place, and is never without a matrix connection of some sort.
Recently he has run into trouble with another Fixer named Long Nuyen, who has managed to destroy his reputation. Few runners will go near him, and any that do find themselves in a world of drek. Julian has yet to discover how Mr Nuyen manages to know all his plans, but figures it has something to do with Julians relance on the matrix to do business. Not that he does much any more, with no runners. But Julian has found some runners who have little choice but to work for him, and their first job will be to sort out Mr Nuyen once and for all.

Race: Troll
Originally named Robert Feth, Bobby to his friends, he was a boy of strong imagination, and even stronger body. He was naturally drawn to security work and became a member of Knight Errant. Moving his way up because of his strong intellect (especially for a Troll) he was a natural choice when Ares Macrotechnology started draughting Trolls for a special unit in their Fire Watch program. He became a member of the self named Unit 13.
Through the various missions he went on, he began to develope a serious mental flaw. He became distant, even to his fellow team members, and started talking to himself and going out alone at night. He was arrested one night for getting involved in a gang fight where he was responsible for the death of no less than ten gang members. A psych evaluation later and it became evident that Mr Feth was a nut job. He considered himself the ultimate hunter and had taken on aspects of various movie characters which fit with his mental state. He was promtly fired, but managed to escape before anything more could be done to him. He now works for Julian, who keeps him sedated with BTL's.

Race: Human
Mr Nuyen first made an impact in the Barrens when he became involved in a plot to start a gang war between the Aztechans and the Phr33k3r5. He was approached by a mercenary group led by an Ork named Lectan, who were working on behalf of some shadowy organisation. Nuyen brought in the Sykes to start the war, promising them the turf that would be left once both gangs were gone. His plot was foiled however and the mercenaries were killed by a group of Shadorunners. This was the start of Mr Nuyens slide downward.
