A mysterious guy who associates with Don Alfredo Castiglione, he has a sizable bounty out for Charity Powell to be delivered to him alive and unharmed.
He looks like one of the albino (demon/creature/hideous non-thing?) that the party encountered near central park. Except that his skin is pigmented normally and his eyes aren't solid black. He typically wears a simple black suit.
