Otto appears to be the right hand man of Andreas, he has clearly been a Nazi since the formation of the party judging from evidence gathered in scrying attempts. He is a mountain of a man, all of it is muscle. He was captured by the party at the shootout at Mamma Vespucci's. Otto favors close combat and is quite capable with his fists and feet as well as with a gun.
Description Otto is slightly short and wears a set of tan slacks with a matching jacket and no tie. He is bald and seems to wear a permanent smirk of contempt on his face.
