 Brand New Item

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS" CONDITION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Has been subject to controversy over the past years, and finally it has been too much to look after. The pressure has been overwhelming to sell and I have given in. Only one owner so far, good condition, comes with fishing rights and barbeque. For years the foreshore and seabed have been a public place, and since we can privately own suburban land, why not the beach? And since the winning bidder will be the sole owner, everyone else can be served with trespass orders. Bid now, as demand will be hot for this item. Delivery at winning bidders expense.

What area are you selling?? Can you provide proof of ownership?? As the beaches supposedly belong to all NZers at the moment - how do I know you are not trying to sell my bit (they all look pretty much the same..)??  posted by: techstretch (13 )  6:05 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Foreshore and seabed for sale include the North Island, South Island and Stewart Island, but unfortunatly do not include the Chatham Islands and other small islands dotted around the place, because no one really seems to care about these places. As no one seems to know who owns what in NZ at the moment I can assure you that I indeed own all the New Zealand Foreshore and Seabeds, and you own none. I aquired it all from Helen Clark, as apparently anyone can go up to her and wank on about being cu
Seller Comment:  culturaly sensitive and gain a piece of NZ. As a result, Lake Taupo and several lakes around Rotorua will soon be for sale.
Hello, are there any serfs on the land? I don't want them to poach my deer. Is there any security force included? Being an absent landlord I often have problems with the peasants and finding good help is sooo difficult these days, as I sure you know only too well.  posted by: repsych (11 )  7:35 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Surfies are a pain nowadays, with their "surfboards" and such. I will soon have the patents to all major surfboard designs from all companies, so you will be able to purchase them from me and use them as toilet paper to void the patents. A security team can be purchased from Mongolia for cheap these days, and only require bread and water to run. I understand your security problems completly, after all, we don't want anyone else using the Seabed and Foreshore.
Does this have to be bought as a whole, or could you sell the north island south island and stweard island separately? its just i'm only interested in the north island foreshore...it would be a hassle to have to buy the whole lot and then resell the bits i dont want. i hope you can see where i'm coming from on this...  posted by: pumbaatrade (31 )  9:46 pm, Thu 21 Oct
It really would be a hastle, as this is a fast sale. I need this money to buy the moon. We could talk about this later, but if anyone wants to talk about buying the South Island or Stewart Island and not North, then I'm sure we would come to an agreement.
Im sure your serous so i will ask my husband when he comes home and maybe sell the holden   posted by: vicrowell (13 )  9:53 pm, Thu 21 Oct
What kind of Holden? Maybe we could swap the Holden for a smaller islands seabed and foreshore like Kapiti or that other one in Wellington Harbour...
Hey how much would it cost to get this delivered to New Plymouth? also how old is it and does it come with bikini models?  posted by: vtec_boy (2 )  10:07 pm, Thu 21 Oct
I'm sorry, but the sucessful bidder will have to pick up. It shouldn't be too much. Exact date of manufacture is not avaliable on hand but I'd say a few thousand years ago. Bikini models were only included in the United States model, which had the Baywatch module included. This current NZ model has the odd surf lifesaver but they won't be much use when surfing is abolished.
If you fail to hand over ownship. I will kill you.  posted by: maaarcus (6 )  10:13 pm, Thu 21 Oct
 That sounds nice.
Does this include the skys above a particular limit?  posted by: wishes (66 )  10:15 pm, Thu 21 Oct
As the saying goes the sky's the limit. This means that you will own air-traffic space, so planes and ships will not be able to cross the airspace if you wish. This effectivly cuts out all traffic to and from NZ, which would be a comical situation.
i will trade 2 muskets and a bag of potatoes for the chattams. I'll also throw in a free blanket.  posted by: cheeps (28 )  10:27 pm, Thu 21 Oct
I demand a sex slave as well.
i'll give you my civic for stewart is.  posted by: vinyl (14 )  10:29 pm, Thu 21 Oct
You offer a good deal. My business associates will be in contact with you shortly. Please have cookies and milk ready, and make sure Jim doesn't eat dairy - he's alergic and forgets sometimes.
are we guarenteed a delivery what happens if it is lost in transit? you can never trust these couriers, will you get a track and trace, is it over night delivery?  posted by: big_bev (33 )  10:34 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Replacement foreshore and seabeds can be expensive to get, but I can guarentee delivery. I bet those couriers are surfers. Damn surfers. Track and trace wil cost $2.50 extra, overnight an extra $5. Thanks for your enquiry.
Hi, Im sorry but i claim this item back, There for the auction is void >_<  posted by: matrix2k (40 )  10:37 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Bugger. Well my family had it first. So there.
Hi, would it be possible to get this item gift-wrapped before delivery? A friend of mine absolutely adores playing on the beach and this would make a fantastic Christmas present. Unforunately, I think she'd notice if I had the New Zealand foreshore and seabed under the tree, unwrapped. If possible, I'd like it in some shiny blue paper, with a red ribbon. Thanks!  posted by: jevon (13 )  10:37 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Sure. Sorry, I've run out of shiny blue, but I can do sky blue. A red ribbon..... I have a bow? In response to the tree - I have a tree up for auction right now if you are interested.
Hi, would you consider selling this item minus the sand and salt water as I dislike both. Also how many miles out to sea is counted in the 'seabed and foreshore'.  posted by: larnz1 (66 )  10:44 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Sand is annoying isn't it? The children seem to enjoy playing in it so much, maybe you could donate it to your local school. In fact, surprise them and drop the sand in the playground when they aren't looking. People buy salt. So why not salt water? Approx 3.4765385629 kms out to sea is the seabed and foreshore. Bid away guys! Going verrrry cheap.
Hi, I own 1 / 3,900,000th of this foreshore, do i get my cut of the profits??? At time of asking - $25,894,951 (25 million) Get back to me. - Concerned Land Owner  posted by: duncanjones (30 )  10:45 pm, Thu 21 Oct
I believe it was given all to me by Helen Clark. So ask her. And its 4,000,000 people now.
Hi, Im looking for some land not to flat fairly hilly... pref some thing a hard working white man has owend. U able to hook a brother up?  posted by: matrix2k (40 )  10:46 pm, Thu 21 Oct
I'm sorry, but I don't think I am going to be able to sell parts of the seabed and foreshore, it's all or nothing buddy.
In response to the tree auction, "4th from the left of the small Macrocarpa" Macrocarpa? Punga, plenty of Beech in the b/g, but no Macrocarpa..... can you please be a little more specific of which tree? I want to make sure that it will be large enough for my christmas present to my gf of Mt Egmont, which I assume you will be auctioning very shortly? Cheers  posted by: trigger (41 )  10:46 pm, Thu 21 Oct
The 50th tree from the right margin. If your girlfriend doesn't like it you can dump her and I will sell you one for cheap. I can do Mt Ruapehu but I'm still working on Egmont.

I will be selling Trade Me shortly as well.
Hmm yes I can see it now, me paddling around in my water wings on my lilo collecting me some paua, what would u take for a buy now price?  posted by: waggy77 (0 )  10:47 pm, Thu 21 Oct
A few trillion should do. Please note that the condition of Paua is not guarenteed, expecially around Wellingtons South Coast.
Btw: How can this be new i took a leak in it last week =)  posted by: matrix2k (40 )  10:47 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Ok, I lied a bit. But the manuals are in mint condition.
Hi, I understand u cant do Buy Now how about "Claim now"?  posted by: matrix2k (40 )  10:51 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Yes buy now is a problem. There should also be a button "shoot all the white guys and get their land"
Can I get FlyBuys on this purchase? Also, could I make monthly payments until the end of time? The land shouldn't be going anywhere, and you'll know where I live!  posted by: blueandkim (226 )  10:51 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Flybuys I can't do, but I could sell you Air NZ? Finance can be arranged, but be aware, my debt collectors are the best. Yes, you will have a fine bit of real estate.

More on your sale of girlfriends, do you offer package deals and bulk buying? I'm interested in obtaining a harem, and have yet to find a suitable source for my requirements.  posted by: jevon (13 )  10:54 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Yes, buy one, get one free. Quality cannot always be guarenteed, and 'mingers' can slip in every now and then. Finance terms avaliable.
you say you are selling trade me soon, will there be a buy now price?  posted by: madmickey (10 )  10:56 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Yes. But applicable fees will apply.
When global warming raises the coastline and all coastal cities are consumed, would the cities become under my ownership? And if that includes the beehive would that also mean Helen Clark would work for me?  posted by: waggy77 (0 )  10:59 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Yes, allthough they may be water damaged and not claimable under insurance. Believe me, you don't want Helen Clark working for you dude.
