New Bard Spell - High Hopes
This spell is used only by the Pirate King Roglanar. It requires an arcane focus - a homunculous or halfling capable of rudimentary song - but otherwise is identical to the spell Good Hope. The only possible exception is that it may fail when used on anyone fully witting of their situation (see the lyrics below).
The homonculous is required to sing extracts from "High Hopes":
Next time you're found, with your chin on the ground
There a lot to be learned, so look around
Just what makes that little old ant
Think he’ll move that rubber tree plant
Anyone knows an ant can’t
