LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Lord Haedric Moergen, Duke of Osoerde, declare and publish this, my last will and testament, and I hereby revoke any and all other wills which I have ever made.
I intend by this will to make complete disposition of all of my estate upon my death. Unless those persons for whom express provision is made herein all predecease me, I intend hereby to exclude any and all other persons from any share or interest in my estate.
Article I
I appoint the Members of my Privy Council as co-executors hereof, or the survivors of them if one or more of them is deceased or any of them if one or more of them is unable or unwilling to serve. All of them shall be appointed to serve without the requirement of bond.
Article II
I hereby give, devise, and bequeath all my property of whatever nature and form and wherever located to my son, Lord William Moergen.
Article III
If my son is deceased or if he is unable or unwilling to accept this property, my surviving next of kin, in the following order, is given, devised, and bequeathed all of my property:
- My beloved sister, Lady Katherine Moergen, followed by any of her direct descendants,
- My devoted nephews, Lords Parniel, Vasco, and Onwen Moergen, in that order, followed by any of their direct descendants,
- Any other surviving relations determined and established by the executors of my estate -- whether deemed to be of legitimate or illegitimate birth, direct or indirect relation,
- My estranged cousin, Lord Daene Moergen, if no other relative can be found, followed by any of his direct descendants.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name on the Fourteenth Day of Haelynir in the Year Five Hundred Thirty-Two of Michael Roele's death.
