Clements activities
Summer 1220
Clement arrives in Bugarach. Soon after he goes on an expedition to recover a lost relic belonging to the Dominicans, when the brigands are caught he performs confession for several guilty men who are executed by Sir Bertrand and pleads for the lives of those not complicit with the crime. During the journey he meets a scholar from on the hill. He also travels to Montferrand on behalf of the scholars, and reveals the location of two silver mines to the Lords aid.
Autumn 1220
Clement teaches Latin to people in the care of the scholars up the hill. He is taken on a strange journey inside some rocks with Setorius and Titus and is responsible for the burial of several cathars after some supernatual happenings up the hill.
Winter 1220
Clement attends Christmas celebrations at Montferrand, and is hired to teach the Lords sons in spring. He witnesses the Mountain King, and tells a great tale at the Christmas party following the departure of the freed minstrel, helping to secure a source of stone for the construction of a new church in Bugarach. He also travels to the besieged town of Castlenaudary with some of the scholars to free some trapped craftspeople.
